Niemand, außer den Bibliothekaren selbst, weiss, was Bibliothekare 
wirklich machen. Da Leser in der ueberwiegenden Zahl der Faelle bei 
der Benutzung der Bibliothek (Ausleihe und Rueckgabe) ausschliesslich 
mit Hilfskraeften in Beruehrung kommen, fragen sie natuerlich frueher 
oder spaeter, wozu braucht eine Bibliothek eigentlich gelernte 
Bibliothekare, wenn die wichtigsten Arbeiten in ihr von Hilfskraeften 
und Praktikanten erledigt werden.
