  http://bibliotheksdienst.zlb.de/1996/1996_all.htm

Eine solche Literaturangabe finden?
  Bibliotheksdienst 30 (1996) Heft 10 S. 1779.

Anscheinend ist Seite 1779 sowieso nicht dabei. Siehe:
  http://bibliotheksdienst.zlb.de/1996/

Also doch über Google:
Eine Internetrecherche führt zu folgendem Artikel im
Section on Rare Books and Manuscripts Newsletter:

  David Pearson : A Directory of Library Stamps: a project of
  the IFLA Section for Rare Books and Manuscripts - Winter 1998
  (January 1999) pp. 4 - 5

Und zum einem Hinweis auf http://www.ifla.org/VII/s18/annual/med2001.htm#3

  A Directory of Library Stamps, edited by David Pearson of the
  Wellcome Institute for the History of Medicine, London.(This
  project has already borne fruit in a book published by Annette
  Wehmeyer of the Staatsbibliothek, Berlin, culled from libraries
  across Germany, and in a circulated report on progress by David
   Pearson.)

* David Pearson ( d.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ) oder
* Annette Wehmeyer ( +49/30-266-14-10 )

Gruss,
  Jakob Voß
