Das gibt es immer noch und auch bei Springer - hier ein Auszug aus dem 
Vertrag, den Springer tatsächlich mir (und den anderen Autoren 
natürlich) anbietet, um den Vortrag aus einer Konferenz von dieser Woche 
in Antalya/Türkei als Volltext zu publizieren:
"The copyright transfer covers the sole right to store, reproduce, 
publish, disseminate, and sell throughout the world the said 
Contribution and parts thereof, as well as its translations in any 
foreign languages, in all forms and media of expression – such as in its 
electronic form (offline, online) – now known or developed in the future."
