mit neuen Gesetzesvorhaben (EU und national) werden Bibliotheksvertreter 
fortwährend nach Zahlen aus dem Bibliotheksalltag gefragt. Sie können 
mithelfen, die Argumentationsbasis zu verfestigen.

Dear Colleagues

The ALA RUSA STARS International Interlibrary Loan Committee is 
conducting the International ILL survey as below. I would like to ask 
you to participate the survey, if you do international interlibrary 
loan. The survey will provide very valuable information on our works 
being done internationally and will help all of us to develop more open 
and close international resource sharing activities. The survey report 
will be open through the internet. Two previous reports are available at 
http://www.ala.org/rusa/sections/stars/section/internationill/intill Thank

Please help us by filling out a short 15 to 20 minute survey about 
International Interlibrary Loan (ILL) consisting of 35 questions. The 
ALA RUSA Stars International ILL Committee is gathering information to 
better understand international ILL. Any feedback you give will be 
recorded completely anonymously, and the survey itself is located here: 
https://uwlibraries.qualtrics.com/jfe/preview/SV_5BJqND03jS6Gf1X

If you do not borrow or lend internationally, you need not fill out the 
survey.


The survey is in English.  We will be asking you for numbers so you may 
wish to gather the following.


1)Total number of ILL Borrowing and also Lending requests you received 
within a recent (last three years) 12 month period.


2)Total number of International Borrowing and also International Lending 
requests you received within a recent (last three years) 12 month period.


3)Your average turnaround time for all of your borrowing requests 
regardless of source.


4)The top five countries you borrow from and also the top five you lend to.
