[InetBib] Warum nutzen Forschende Social Media Dienste

Liebe Inet-Bib-Liste,

Mehr offene Wissenschaft und freier Zugang zu Forschungsergebnissen haben auch 
Einfluss auf die Wissenschaftskommunikation. In welcher Weise Wissenschaftler 
soziale Medien nutzen ist Gegenstand des Forschungsprojektes *metrics. 
Bibliotheken sind daran in vielfältiger Hinsicht interessiert. Wir führen nach 
einer ersten großen Umfrage im letzten Jahr in diesem Jahr eine 
Vertiefungsumfrage durch. Wenn Sie diese an Forschende in Ihren Einrichtungen 
weiterleiten oder selbst daran teilnehmen möchten, finden Sie alle 
Informationen im Anschluss.

We would like to invite you to participate in our survey. It is part of the 
DFG-funded research project *metrics in which we aim to gather information 
about the motivations of scientists to use social media services in their 
professional activities.

You can find more information about the survey and our project on the first 
page of the survey. All answers will be coded anonymously and treated 
confidentially. Details on data privacy are available on the survey page.

The survey is in English and it will only take about 15 minutes of your time. 
As a thank-you gift, 250€ of Amazon vouchers will be awarded randomly to the 
participants (a 10€ voucher for each of 25 participants).
