wir bieten mit der LIBER Copyright Working Group folgende Webinare zur neuen 
Copyright (- in the Digital Single Market) -Richtlinie und deren Umsetzung in 
nationales Recht an:


-          Tuesday, 22 October - 1500 CET - Mass Digitisation of Out of 
Commerce Works - Articles 8-11: An in depth look at this new law which flips 
copyright on its head,  requiring copyright owners to opt out from mass 
digitisation of commercially unavailable published and unpublished copyright 
materials.

-          Monday, 4 November - 1500 CET - Text and Data Mining - Articles 3 
and 4: An in depth look at these entirely new Big Data exceptions.

-          Tuesday, 19 November - 1500 CET - Preservation, Public Domain 
Artistic Works, New Publisher Right and New Obligations for Online Platforms 
that Allow Upload: A high level introduction to the remaining articles which 
affect libraries and universities to differing degrees.
