the Internet Public Library MOO Reference Experiment Continues

The experimental IPL MOO Reference Project is continuing for another few
days, and we are still actively seeking participation.  If you have a
reference question, feel free to stop by during one of the hours shown
below.  Reference librarians from around the Internet will be available to
work with you in real time to help you find answers to your questions.

or enter through our Web site at

If you've never used a MOO before, that's not a problem.  The Web page
above has plenty of information about MOOs, including sample commands and
a sample session, and there's a tutorial on the MOO itself, once you log
on.  Our librarians will also be happy to help you once you connect.

The reference service is available the following times (all are Eastern
Standard Time, add 5 hours to get to GMT)

       Sunday 9-11 PM  [1-3 AM GMT]
       Monday 9-11 AM  [1-3 PM GMT]
       Monday 1:30-3:30 pm
       Tuesday 11 AM-1 PM
       Wednesday 2 to 10 PM inclusive
       Thursday 1-3 PM
       Saturday 1-3 PM

The experimental project will end on December 9.  We invite you to come
and be a part of this exciting and ground-breaking work.
