PURPOSE
The main goal of the conference is provoking discussions about several aspects of the activities of manuscript librarians in Europe and by doing so attaining a vivid, constructive, real LIBER- expert group of manuscript librarians. 

CONCEPT
The conference will be opened with an enthusiastic keynote about changing/changes that took place in an environment comparable with the world of the manuscript librarian. During the conference several aspects will be discussed in sessions
