The speaker's papers from the Higher Education Digitisation Service
conference - Planning & Implementing a Digitisation Project - held on 29th
June at The British Library are now available on the HEDS website at
http://heds.herts.ac.uk/conf/conf2000.html

The speakers are experts and practitioners from across HE and the public
sector and the papers explore the evolution of a digitisation project; from
planning, through implementation, to final presentation.

Other recent additions to the HEDS website are two new services: the
Funding Application Support Service which is designed to give practical
advice, digitisation samples and costings to support an application for
funding - and a new low cost Examination Paper Conversion Service. Details
of both these services is linked from
http://heds.herts.ac.uk/services/services.html

Regards,
	Simon
