Libraries in the information age

An Chomhairle Leabharlanna, The Library Council of Ireland, has published
Joining Forces:
Delivering Libraries and Information Services in the Information Age. This
reports sets out some principles to push the improvement and modernisation of
library and information services, including improving co-operation at local,
national and international level. It should convince the wider library sector of
the need for sharing resources to the ultimate benefit of those whom the sector
serves.
