brandneu scheint jetzt erschienen zu sein diese Online-Zeitschrift JIPITEC

JIPITEC - Journal of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and 
E-Commerce Law
JIPITEC is a new Online-Journal for current issues of intellectual property, 
information technology and E-commerce law.
The main focus of JIPITEC is on European law - both on the EU-level and on the 
member states-level.
Most articles are in English language, but the journal is also open for 
articles in other European languages, especially German and French.

JIPITEC is an Open Access Journal. Articles are available according to the 
terms and conditions of the Digital Peer Publishing Licenses
(http://www.dipp.nrw.de/lizenzen/). In addition, authors may permit the use of 
their articles under a Creative Commons
(http://creativecommons.org/about/licenses/) or other license.

JIPITEC is a peer-reviewed journal. Submissions to the editors are welcome and 
will be processed according to the peer review
guidelines within 4 weeks.

You are invited to download and use all articles for free. Comments to the 
authors and editors are most welcome!
