The management of research data reduces threats to their long-term research 
value and mitigates the risk of digital obsolescence.
Meanwhile, curated data in trusted digital repositories may be shared among the 
wider research community.
Data (underlying evidence for a publication, individual outputs of the project) 
should be preserved.

Look after your research data and research software now!
Look after it all the way through to the archiving of valuable results in order 
to permit further research built on that existing data.
