das Projekt-Team „Forschungsinformationsplattform mit VIVO“ lädt herzlich zur nächsten Ausgabe von „*VIVO Talks!*“ ein: am Donnerstag, *13. Oktober 2022*, von *13-14 Uhr* (MESZ) mit *Emmy Tsang*: 

*In offene Forschungsinfrastruktur investieren: warum und wie? *
Um der Wissenschaft bestmöglich zu dienen, braucht es offene Forschungsinfrastrukturen, die aus der wissenschaftlichen Community heraus betrieben werden. Die Initiative „Invest in Open Infrastructure“ (IOI) setzt sich deshalb dafür ein, die Finanzierung offener Technologien für Forschung und Lehre zu verbessern.
Emmy Tsang, Engagement Lead bei IOI, zeigt in „VIVO Talks!“ auf, was eine offene und nachhaltige Forschungsinfrastruktur ausmacht und wie sich die Berlin University Alliance von der Initiative inspirieren lassen kann, um den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen, kollaborativen Forschungsökosystems zu fördern.
Die Präsentation wird in englischer Sprache gehalten. Anschließend öffnen wir das Gespräch für alle Teilnehmenden. Der Vortrag, nicht jedoch die anschließende Diskussion, wird via Zoom aufgezeichnet.

Emmy Tsang, Engagement Lead at IOI, points out what makes an infrastructure open and sustainable and how the Berlin University Alliance can be inspired by their efforts to build a sustainable, collaborative research ecosystem.
