CD-ROM System Ultranet 2000 und Dudens PC-Bibliothek

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit der Installation von CD-ROMs der PC-
Bibliothek von Duden (z.B. Duden - Deutsches Woerterbuch, 
Brockhaus in Text und Bild etc.) auf das CD-ROM System Ultranet 
2000 der Firma  R+R Messtechnik und Handel GmbH ?

Unsere Systemleute haben Probleme bei der Installation. Die 
technische Hotline von Duden konnte uns nur mitteilen, dass die 
CD-ROMs fuer den Betrieb unter Windows und Macintosh 
konzipiert sind! Und die britische Vertretung der Herstellerfirma 
verwies uns an den Hersteller der CD-ROMs - Duden.
Kann uns jemand von dieser mailing list weiterhelfen?
