Many of us are familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 
This interactive webinar will introduce you to theInner Development 
Goals

as a critical complement to the SDGs. This research-based framework aims 
to develop our/inner/capacity to manage the increasingly complex 
environment and challenges. After learning about the five frames 
(below), we will form into breakout groups to explore the skills and 
qualities supported by the IDGs (e.g. self awareness, sense-making, 
humility, communication, courage).

2 – Thinking – Cognitive skills

3 – Relating – Caring for others and the world

4 – Collaborating – Social skills

5 – Acting – Driving change
